For me, Jeff Foster tops the list of the underappreciated / underrated guys in the league. He may not produce high fantasy-worthy numbers, but all his career he's been playing like a horse, doing all the intangibles. He may not be a superstar, or an all-star, or anywhere near there, but contending teams are dying to have a piece of him.
